By accessing and using VeloCurate, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

VeloCurate provides users with personalized cycling recommendations, gear curation, and connects users to local bike shops. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service with or without notice at any time.

3. User Registration

In order to access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.

5. User Conduct

You agree to not use the service to:

• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

VeloCurate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
